about me

hey! i’m ayesha.

i’m here to support you on your path toward living from your highest truth. which often means liberation from the grips of our ego-mind, and a releasing back into the spaciousness + equanimity of our natural wisdom. this can be challenging in a world whose status quo doesn’t advocate for balance and restoration. i offer tools, predominantly through meditation and embodied movement/yoga to help awaken and expand our consciousness, alleviate stress, build resilience, restore our nervous systems, balance our emotional + mental wellbeing, and live a mindful and meaningful life.

i believe in slow wellness. and rest. i also believe in dance parties and rhythm and flow. i believe in the power of presence. how it allows us to respond rather than react + gives us space to open our hearts so that we can live from a place of radical love and compassion. i’m interested in understanding how to cultivate spaces that allow us to feel more connected to ourselves and each other as a whole.

i believe awakening ourselves from being on auto-pilot to living mindfully and intentionally is one of the most important things we can do, both as individuals and as a member of the collective.
